Sustainable and Regenerative Agriculture Program

Through the Sustainable and Regenerative Agriculture Program (PASyR), we build long-term partnerships with agricultural suppliers to source high-quality raw materials grown responsibly and more naturally.

Sustainability-Linked Bond

One of the most relevant achievements in 2024 was improving water-use efficiency. We reached consumption of 2.06 m³ per ton produced, representing a 20% cumulative reduction compared to the base year (2018). With tangible results, we demonstrate that coordinating finance and sustainability creates real value.

Women’s Empowerment Principles

We signed the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), which promote gender equality and the empowerment of women in the workplace, and community. The commitment includes fair wages, gender-responsive supply chains, and zero tolerance for workplace harassment.

Saber Nutrir®

For over a decade, our social responsibility program has transformed rural communities by focusing on child well-being through comprehensive nutrition. We aim to improve nutrition, secure access to water, and promote productive and food commercialization projects aligned with SDG 2: Zero Hunger.

Fundación Herdez®

Through research, preservation, and promotion of Mexican cuisine, we help strengthen food culture and ensure dignified access to nutrition for thousands of people. In 2024, Fundación Herdez® and Casa Doña María Pons® expanded their impact on cultural promotion and food education.

Casa Doña María Pons®

Strengthened its presence in San Luis Potosí, earning recognition for its contribution to Mexico’s cultural and gastronomic heritage. These efforts reaffirm our role as key contributors to social development and sustainable food systems in our communities.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the Group’s highest governing body. It serves as the Company’s legal representative and holds full authority to carry out all operations related to its corporate purpose.
